This certification course is a requirement for Green Mark Associate certification.
The course will cover various topics, including energy efficiency, green building materials and technologies, indoor environmental quality and water conservation, and is intended to enhance and reinforce knowledge on built environment sustainability.
BLENDED LEARNING
 Asynchronous online learning (4.5 hours)
Asynchronous learning : learn on your own schedule, within a certain timeframe.

Learn about built environment sustainability, green building strategies and the local legislative framework at your own time and pace with the GMA's asynchronous e-learning package.

Part 2: Online Assessment  

When you are ready, put what you learnt to the test and take the 30-MCQ online assessment, accessible anytime.

Part 3: Applied Learning workshop  

Attend an in-person workshop led by a Green Mark Accredited Professional to learn about application of sustainable strategies and features in a holistic manner and learn from exemplary green building case studies.

Receive your Green Mark Associate Certification  

Processing of application should take approximately 2 weeks. Once all parts have been verified as complete and all documents submitted are in order, learners will receive their Green Mark Associate certification, which is valid for 12 months.
